Mental health and wellbeing are an integral part of everybody’s life. Everyday things can improve our mental health, wellbeing, levels of happiness and life satisfaction. Our mental state can change from day to day depending on our mood and feelings and the situations we experience in our daily lives. We all have times when we feel sad, angry, and worried. Usually these feelings pass without causing us too much trouble in our daily lives.
