Co-Production

The group worked together to develop the Trafford Guide to Co-Production which was launched in October 2021.

Co-production means that professionals and residents work together equally to design a service or develop communications. It allows people to feel empowered to contribute to the development of a service and have much more of a say and input into the services they use.
