Oakfield House provides a residential facility for up to 2 young people with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions or emotional and behaviour difficulties, between the ages of 8 to 17 years of age. The facility provides for single occupancy bedrooms and the home allows for mixed gender. Oakfield has a secure back garden laid to grass with a swing and trampoline provided and a separate front garden again laid to lawn. There is a driveway leading to a detached garage, this garage has a utility room within.Oakfield is positioned on a small private residential estate and within walking distance of shops, park, doctors and bus stops to the local towns of Northwich and Knutsford.
