We help Trafford people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice and by influencing policymakers.
There are several ways we can help you to resolve your problems. We start off by holding a short interview over the telephone to better understand what the next step should be. Our volunteer advisors don't tell you what to do, but will explain your options and help you understand the possible outcomes of the different courses of action.
We can provide advice and information on a wide variety of issues from welfare benefits to employment to faulty kettles and everything in-between. Whoever you are, whatever the problem we will do our best to help you. If we believe you need further advice we will arrange an appointment with you. The appointment will be either a telephone appointment or a face to face appointment (F2F).
Our Adviceline is part of the National Adviceline, we support each other to deliver telephone advice across the Greater Manchester area. Clients ringing from outside the Trafford area will be directed to our national service.
