I provide 1-1 reflexology, massage, and energy therapies for adults alongside counselling if required. I am also available for group work e.g. meditation, self healing techniques, and open to presenting workshops on request. I am also a Trafford FLAIR partner, available to work with ages 11-18 in the same, yet modified way.
