Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy - Supporting individuals who lack capacity in relation to specific issues e.g. change of accommodation, serious medical treatment decisions.
Care Act Advocacy - Supporting individuals who have substantial difficulty or lack capacity in relation to the assessment process, care and support planning, section 42 safeguarding enquiries and more.
Independent Mental Health Advocacy - Supporting those who are subject to the Mental Health Act to have a voice, understand their rights, and have representation in CPA meetings.
Paid Relevant Persons Representatives - Supporting those who lack capacity and are deprived of their liberty in care homes and hospitals. We visit four weekly to safeguard those most vulnerable to understand and exercise their rights.
Health Complaints Advocacy - Supporting individuals to make complaints regarding health services they or those close to them have accessed.
