ACE Mentoring and Support programme for Young People aged 16-19 years old
The TUf*C (The Urban Fitness Collective) ACE mentoring and support programme is a Trafford Council backed project to support professionals who work with, and support, young people in Trafford who may have suffered an adverse childhood experience.
We are looking for professionals to refer young people to this project. The young person needs to be between 16-19 years old, a Trafford resident and to have experienced 2/3 ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences)
The young person recieves an 8 week resilience training package to support their development and future life choices. A mentor who will work with and signpost to existing training and development opportuniies. A resilience fund is in place to support the young person with bespoke training and support.
