Helping hands are a homecare company, we have several branches, across the Greater Manchester area. We provide hourly care, during the day and we provide night cover, which can be a sleep-in or a waking night. We can assist with respite care and we have a team that support with live-in care
We are registered with CQC to support customers from the age of 18 upwards. We support people with learning disabilities, mental health, people living with dementia, elderly and much more.
We provide several services, which can be tailored to the customers’ needs, here are a few of the services we provide:

We are located in Stanley Square shopping centre in Sale. The shopping centre has its own multi-storey parking facility which allocates upto an hour of free parking.

- Eligibility Details
We look after adults, there is no eligibility criteria as All are Welcome. We will try to accomodate as much as we can. On first dicussion we would undertake a full assessment with the Client and discuss what kind of support we deliver and how we can cater it around your homelife.
Once we complete an assessment meeting between the Branch Manager, Client and Family, we will then complete an Agreement around our findings. A Full Care Plan is then created around the Client and specifying what times they would like and when they would like to service to start. Once that has been discussed we will introduce the Client to the care assistant and take it from there.
*Please note all our staff will be wearing full PPE on every visit to ensure your safety and that of our staff members.

We will ensure that our Branch is fully accessible and also none judgemental setting with very apporoachable staff members, so anyone can walk in and query our services. As we deliver Care in the comfort of your own home we will ensure that you have all necessary equipment provided for accessibility and if not we will give full assistance to help overcome any barriers by liasing with local services.
Costs

- As of January 2022: Hourly Visit – Day Monday-Friday 1 hour = £24.39. Saturday-Sunday 1 hour = £26.39. ¾ hour visit – Day Monday - Friday £22.32. ¾ hour visit – Day Saturday-Sunday =£22.32 1/2-hour visit – Day Monday – Friday £19.10 Saturday – Sunday £21.10. Clinical care /Hard to reach - £2.00 will be applied to the above rates for any clinical or remote geographies Other Services Sleep-ins Monday-Friday 10 hours = £180 Saturday – Sunday 10 hours = £185 A waking night service is also available, this will be charged at the hourly visit rate quoted above. Please note there is an additional Charge of £3.50 per visit for Travel Costs.
