Bluesci is also offering wellbeing support over the phone to our Urdu speaking community every Tuesday between 10 am to 4 pm. Please ring Aliya Bukhari on 07547548101. You can leave a text message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you are currently accessing our talking therapies service your practitioner will be in touch directly with you.

BlueSCI supports people in Trafford who with individuals who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress, isolation and/or loneliness. We offer 1-1 talking therapies and a range of activities as well as links to other support available in our Centre.
The service recognises that good Mental Health and Wellbeing are an integral part of everybody’s life and that everyday things can improve our mental health, wellbeing, levels of happiness and life satisfaction.
BlueSCI strives to: promote social inclusion, through social prescribing, provide meaningful activities as well as employment, training, volunteering and education opportunities as an important part of health and wellbeing recovery.
