ADVISE - Assessing for Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence in Sexual Health Environments
Working with sexual health clinics to provide support for people aged 16+ who have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence. This service exists to educate sexual health clinics so they are equipped to support and signpost survivors.
You can ask about this service in sexual health clinics and they can make a referral to our Advocate Educator for further practical and emotional support. If neccessary, referrals can be made into other support services.

Sexual health clinics can offer to refer to this service and survivors can also self-refer. Support can be offered over the phone or face to face depending on individual need and this will be discussed upon referral.

- Eligibility Details
Any person aged 16+ who is currently experiencing or has previously experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence.
A risk assessment will be completed to identify the level of risk to yourself and you will either be supported by our advocate educator or one of our IDVAs (Independent Domestic Violence Advocates).
