HFE are an award-winning provider of personal training courses, sports massage courses and fitness qualifications including yoga, Pilates, exercise to music, special populations and exercise specialist. Our Level 2 - Level 4 courses and qualifications are aimed at young school leavers looking to enter the fitness industry for the first time.
All HFE's courses are backed by CIMSPA and accredited by YMCA Awards and Active IQ. We are also a Disability Confident employer and work closely with the Inclusive Fitness Initative (IFI).
