We’re registered & regulated by the Care Quality Commission for all categories adult care but specialise in the care of older people and people living with dementia.

HOME INSTEAD - A DIFFERENT KIND OF CARE...

• All our clients have their own regular Care Professionals - ensuring continuity of care
• All Care Professionals are personally introduced to our clients - care is never carried out by a stranger.
• Our clients and their families decide their own schedules - meaning a 9 a.m. visit starts at 9 a.m., not “sometime that morning”.
• Our clients’ care schedules are flexible - we can adapt to changes in day to day requirements.
• All our visits last at least one hour – to make sure there’s always time to care.
• Our Care Professionals are selected for both competence and compassion, professionally trained personally by us, have an enhanced DBS check and must provide four references.
• We employ the very best Care Pros available and pay accordingly.
• All our clients and their families have direct access to our Care Management team 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
