The Counselling & Family Centre - Adult Support
We offer counselling remotely by video or telephone and face-to-face at our centres in Altrincham (40 Mayors Road) and Bury (9 Parkhills Road).
We can help you make better sense of what’s happening in your life. You will learn more about yourself, sort out what your needs are, and decide what’s really important to you.
You will never be judged or criticised, and anything you share is kept in confidence (excluding child protection issues).

Our Altrincham centre is set by Stamford Park, a tranquil environment just outside Altrincham town centre.
Free parking is available outside the centre (check signs for restrictions) and we're just a short walk from Altrincham Interchange (bus station/train station/tram stop/taxi rank).

- Counselling charges are based on your annual household income* and the location of the counselling centre where you access your counselling. In some cases we have funding to offer 8 free counselling sessions followed, if needed, by up to a further 16 heavily subsidised sessions. We cannot offer this at all locations but are hoping to secure funding soon that will mean we can.
