In the past twelve months, we’ve helped over 1,700 young people find work and training in retail, hospitality, warehousing, construction, customer service and the sports industry. We work with a national network of top employers, such as DHL, Jewson, Hilton, Premier Inn.

How it works
- 16-25 and out of work, education or training? OK great... read on.
- Join our FREE 10-week sport and employability courses - based in 14 cities around the UK.
- Support with work skills, life skills and getting you ready for work i.e. CV writing, Interview skills.
- 1-1 support with career advice and mentoring
- Opportunity to take nationally recognised qualifications
- Daily sports and fitness activities from our trained football and dance coaches.
- Opportunity for 100-hour work experience with one of our great partners, such as Barclays, Jewson, Debenhams, Hilton and Hyundai.
- Plus... travel expenses paid and FREE Nike sportswear.
Manchester Dance-fit and Employability Academy designed to support unemployed 16-24 year olds to move into education, employment and training.
Includes:
- Employability and work skills training
- Professional dance-fit coaching every day
- Daily social activities
- 100 hour work placement
Other benefits: Free Nike football kit, bus fares reimbursed, regular competitive football matches against local employers (participation is optional)
