The Academy offers activities suitable for all abilities and ages and will develop: Fitness, Strength, Confidence, Self Defence, Flexibility, Health, Self Esteem, Weight Loss. Taekwon-Do is a martial art that will teach you many skills. It is taught in a friendly environment and welcomes all ages and abilities. There is a class to suit all levels and ages and as we are full time then we offer a lot of flexibiliy with classes are most days.

Interesting - There are many ways of spelling Taekwon-Do (Tae Kwon Do or Taekwondo). We spell it the way the founder, General Choi Hong Hi, spelt it. The hyphen is very important as it refers to the balance of Taekwon-Do. Tae meaning smashing with the foot, Kwon meaning smashing with the hand and Do is the art or the way we live our lives. We try to instill the tenets of Taekwon-Do to help with our Do - Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable spirit.
