Our classes are specialised and tailored to pregnant women. Through the physical practice of movements and postures, breathing and mindfulness we bring a sense of balance and well-being to ourselves. Our classes help you feel energised and stronger, with more energy and vitality. We also have give you a chance to quieten your mind which helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
