Together Trust

The Together Trust is one of the North West’s leading disability charities. We help children, adults, parents and carers, delivering individual care, support and education to thousands of people each year.

At the Together Trust, our vision is a society where people thrive because they are valued within their communities. For 150 years we’ve been championing and caring for people with disabilities, autism and complex health needs. And providing life-changing support for looked-after children and care-experienced people.

We’re proud to offer warm and nurturing homes for children and young people are embedded in communities across the North West. There we support children with learning differences and complex needs, as well as young people who are at risk or who may have experienced trauma. We help them grow their independence and shape their own story. All while regaining a sense of belonging.

Foster carers make a huge difference to young people’s lives. That’s why for over 20 years we’ve been growing our fostering family. We provide support and training so our foster carers can provide warm, nurturing homes for those who need them. Together we’ve helped thousands of young people thrive.

We offer a range of flexible community services for young people and adults with autism, a learning disability or complex health needs. We put our services at the heart of local communities, making sure everyone has a chance to thrive. Whether that’s helping adults to live independently, or creating spaces for young people to learn, work and play.

We have learning environments, supporting children and young people from age 5 all the way to 25 who have special educational needs and or disabilities. We provided individual learning plans shaped to fit their needs.

We also offer therapeutic services for families including sleep services for young people with autism, therapeutic support for schools and training for professionals.
