Pilates classes for all levels of experience on Zoom ( due to tier restrictions) so easily accessible to everyone. Pilates builds core strength, balance, back mobility and strength and improves posture. All you need is a mat and a bit of space!
Classes ( each an hour long) on:
Mondays 9.30am, 6pm and 7pm (Intermediate)
Thursdays 10.30am and 6pm.
