Zoe Hart - Imagine Childcare Ltd
I am a qualified BA Hons Primary Teacher and have taught for over 10 years predominantly within Early Years and Key Stage One. Within this time I have also been the schools Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and a Designated Safe Guarding Person.
I am a mother of two girls and live with my husband and our one year old small cockapoo, Rosie. Rosie is a non-shedding, wonderfully natured dog who has been trained and brought up with our children.
I aim to provide a home from home nurturing environment that children feel safe and secure in. I encourage children's development in all aspects of life by providing opportunities and experiences through fun and engaging activities. I believe children learn though good role modelling and encourage social interaction.
Children in my care enjoy daily outings into our local area, visiting the library, local groups, trips to the park, woodland walks and constantly exploring our environment. I have a lovely garden to play in, learn about nature and encourage wildlife. I encourage physical development and have a range of outside resources to support this. I encourage healthy eating, growing our own fruits and vegetables. I am also a keen baker and enjoy home cooking, providing nutritional meals for the children in my care.
I offer a range of indoor activities, board games, small world, crafts, playdoh, music, sensory resources, reading and toys to name but a few. I have taught both Letters and Sounds and Read Write Inc. I believe in daily sharing of a range of books, using children's interests to engage and enjoy.
