BreathStars - singing for lung health classes
Simply Singing and BreathChamps CIC are working together to deliver a specialist Singing For Lung Health group for anybody living with breathlessness.
It will help you to feel less breathless, make friends & have fun!
Our singers are Asthma and Lung UK approved and have had specific training in the breathing and singing exercises that will help you best.

- Gets breathless when walking slowly on the flat, or worse, including those on home oxygen therapy.
NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH LONG COVID WITH CHRONIC FATIGUE

Requires a negative lateral flow testing before each lesson
Visors will be provided and must be worn during singing.
We do not accept people who are not vaccinated for COVID-19 because singing increases infection risk.
