Newbridge - Together Trust adult day service
Newbridge is an inclusive and creative space in Stockport for people aged 18 to 30 who have autism, a learning disability or complex health needs. We’re part of the Together Trust, a leading disability charity based across the North West.
At Newbridge we’ll support you to have a happy social life. Our activities are a great way for you to grow in confidence, develop your skills and self-esteem as part of a nurturing community.
Our people shaped service offers groups activities that promote :

through art, baking, sensory sessions, gardening and relaxation session. You can learn new skills in our ‘Café Xperience’ our on-site restaurant that serves people accessing the service and staff five days a week.
We also enjoy getting out and about regularly in our specially adapted vehicles, using the local leisure centres for swimming, football, basketball and the gym.
We offer personalised programmes to suit your needs.

We have a number of parking bays.
