Healthy Young Minds Trafford (previously CAMHS)

We are a free NHS multidisciplinary service for young people up to the age of 18 years old who may be suffering from a range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders amongst many others.

Healthy Young Minds (HYM) Trafford  offer a range of assessment and treatment options for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. Although we are based at Oriel Court in Sale, children, young people and families are seen in local community settings such as local clinics, health centres and schools.

The HYM team comprises child psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, specialist nurses and other specialist therapists. Children and young people experiencing a range of mental health disorders will be assessed by a member of the team and, together with family and carers, a treatment care plan will be agreed.

Find out more on our dedicated HYM website and follow us on Twitter.
