The ability to plan and organise your time is a key skill as you will need to organise your day and week to ensure you hit call targets to allow you to generate the required level of quality leads. Working from our extensive prospect database, you will be expected to make a minimum of 100 calls per day and update the company CRM (customer relationship management) system as you go.

As an Apprentice Sales Consultant, you'll:

  • Become a committed and dedicated member of the team
  • You'll play a key role in helping the business to maintain performance and meet sales targets
  • You will build your knowledge and develop your skills in sales to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry

Desired qualifications

  •  5 GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications at grade C / grade 4 or above including mathematics, English language and IT
  • In addition, as an Apprentice Sales Consultant, you will undergo training in the areas of product knowledge, customer service, sales administration and lead generation, through a combination of formal courses and on the job guidance. An experienced mentor will be on hand to support you for the duration of your Apprenticeship

Future prospects

  • The role will also become a permanent role following a successful 12 month apprenticeship

Things to consider

Enhanced DBS clearance will be carried out by the employer upon appointment.

We offer a training salary of £5.00 per hour, plus benefits, including a sales related commission scheme. This applies to all Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. The role will also become a permanent role following a successful 12 month apprenticeship, with salary aligned with the Living Wage Foundation guidelines (see https://www.livingwage.org.uk/)

20 days paid holidays plus bank holidays.
