Trafford Youth Choir

These choirs are aimed at in school years 3 - 8 inclusive. They are designed to give them an opportunity to apply their vocal skills in a group setting, as well as offering the chance to develop performance skills though public appearances. There is no entry requirements, just enthusiasm and commitment. The choir rehearsals begin at the start of each term so the earlier you can come down the better, but the door is always open to new members.

We regularly sing at out-of-school events. This year alone Trafford Youth Choir's has upcoming appearances at the Bridgewater Hall, the Albert Hall (London) and the RNCM. Previous appearances for both choirs include the Candlelit Carol Concert, held in Manchester cathedral in aid of Action for Children. We also perform at more local events such as local retirement homes and have sung at venues such as Manchester Cathedral, BBC Media City, Sale Festival, the Waterside Theatre in Sale and the Victoria Hall, Bolton.
