In response to Covid-19 Just Psychology is operating mainly digital support. The service is accepting electronic referrals as normal and will be continuing to do initial screening assessments to check the suitability of all new referrals. All requests for support from Trafford Sunrise should be submitted on an Early Help Assessment referral form via email to sunrise@justpsychology.co.uk.

About our service
Trafford Sunrise provides support for children aged 5-12 years in coping with difficult feelings and/or behavioural difficulties and promoting emotional wellbeing. We also provide some support for parents.
Working Together Groups:
Across six weekly sessions, our Working Together groups aim to help children develop emotional resilience, learn coping strategies, and increase their self-esteem and social engagement with the support of their parents and carers.
Individual Sessions:
Individual therapy sessions are available for children who may require additional support with their emotional health and wellbeing.
For Parents & Carers:
Our Parent Workshops aim to provide parents with a space to talk and share ideas around supporting their children. Parents will also be able to learn more about children's mental health and wellbeing, including: parental separation, anxiety, bullying, and behavioural difficulties. Parents can also access the drop-in sessions to find out more about us and our service.
