Kumon Urmston Maths and English study centre
Kumon Educational is the UK’s leading supplementary education provider offering maths and English study programmes which are tailored to each child’s ability. There are over 2.2.million children in 46 countries studying the Kumon Method at present and in the UK alone there are more than 675 study centres with over 67,000 students. The Urmston Study Centre was relaunched in March 2012 and is run by Instructor Sharon Carlin who used to teach at Urmston Junior School.
Kumon provides much more than simply catching up with school work or preparing for exams. Kumon’s unique method focuses on your child’s ability as an individual, providing them with life-long transferable skills and the ability to learn for themselves. With a focus on advanced study, each child, regardless of age, can realise their unlimited potential. As a result, children improve their all-round academic performance and also gain the confidence to tackle new challenges both in and outside of the classroom.
The Urmston Study Centre offers a Free Assessment, enabling you to find out where on the programmes your child would begin and how their study will be individualised to their needs from the outset. For more information please contact us.
