Baby Massage by Blissed Out Babies
Join this warm and friendly class to meet other Mums in a relaxed and supportive environment. Have a cuppa, biscuit, and chat whilst learning some fun and useful tips and routines to help settle, soothe and bond with your baby.
You will learn a full routine of baby massage strokes designed to relax your baby and encourage a deeper bond by aiding better understanding, respect, and communication. You will also be shown techniques that can also help with the relief of colic, wind, and teething pain, as well as how to adapt the strokes to your growing child.
We also cover fun yoga-style stretches, and a relaxing reflexology foot massage and we do a session all about baby sleep and how to make gentle changes so everyone can get more rest.
The 7-week long course is taught by a fully qualified baby massage instructor, postnatal practitioner, breastfeeding supporter, and holistic sleep coach.
It is a great way to meet other parents, have a laugh, cry and vent about your journey into motherhood.
You will be provided with your own bottle of organic massage oil and refreshments during the class with time afterward to chat with other parents over a drink and a biscuit.
