Carers Resilience course - Greater Manchester Autism Consortium
This course will provide the time and ioppotyunity for you to:
- Think about yourself and what you need
- Meet other people and share your experiences
- Recognise the signs of stress and learn new ways of coping
- Think about and plan for a happier and healthier life
The course consists of 4 sessions:
- 19 February 2020
- 26 February 2020
- 11March 2020
- 18 March 2020
All sessions will run from 10 am — 2.30 pm.
Please note attendees are expected to attend all 4 sessions.
Places are free and available to parents and carers only.
