Age Well Roadshow
You’re invited!
Are you interested in being involved and helping us to make Trafford a better place to grow old and being a voice for older people?
Please join us as we launch our first Age Well Roadshow at Flixton Girls School on Monday 14th October at 10.30am.
Last year we consulted with residents at consultation events across the Borough to gather valuable feedback on how to make Trafford an Age Friendly borough.
Our Age-Friendly plan for Trafford is based on three themes:
- Supporting Trafford residents to live healthier lives for longer
- Enabling Trafford residents to live in their homes and neighbourhoods for as long as possible.
- Empowering older residents
Now we’d like to put this into action and find out how we can co-produce to make Trafford the best place to Age Well.
Join members of our Age Well Board, chaired by Councillor Joanne Harding for the morning to find out more.
We’ll have stalls from age well organisations and demonstrations of activities as well as plenty of refreshments!
