Music and wellbeing sessions for over 50s with String of Hearts
String of Hearts invites over 50s living in Sale to get involved in free music sessions at Coppice Library & Wellbeing Centre.
Our group members describe it as a "happy group, singing and making music together". During the sessions we explore a range of activities including exploring our favourite music, writing lyrics based on topics on our minds and playing songs together using simple instruments.
Our friendly, professional musicians guide the activities, which are suitable for anyone who has an interest in music - no prior musical knowledge is required!
We enjoy having a relaxed, creative time together which focuses on building connections between neighbours and expressing our thoughts and ideas.
