I am a British Athletics trained running coach, supporting people to start and improve their running, and I have created a new group for people to access after the school run.
It is a supportive, friendly group with the ethos of encouraging and supporting one another. I believe that running will help to improve general fitness, help with weight management and improve mental health.
It is on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.15-10.15 at Timperley Track.
I offer support to improve running for example to improve 5k times through interval training or work towards a 10k and beyond.
In addition, I am happy if you want to bring your child in the buggy. I also aim to cater for all abilities for example, people who are new to running as well as people who are experienced runners. It is £5 per session.
