NEW Adult Beginners' Scottish Country Dance and Ceilidh Classes.

FIRST LESSON FREE. £6 Weekly Thereafter (discount for RSCDS members and students). No need to pre-book, just turn up! No Partner Needed.

Please wear casual, comfortable clothing and flat shoes (e.g. trainers, plimsoles or ballet-flats - no heels or boots please).  

There is no requirement to bring a regular partner, just turn up and have a go!

Classes last 2 hours with a 10-minute break half way through.

Good Exercise

Very sociable and inexpensive (costing half as much as most Gym memberships!) with a great sense of enjoyment.

It is an activity suitable for all ages and levels of ability and fitness.

Uniquely, this dance form concentrates on patterns about the floor and interaction with other dancers rather than copious amounts of footwork (so you can dance with 2 left feet!)

As well as bringing a wealth of physical health benefits, it is also proven to help with the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression.
