Trafford Crisis Fund

Residents and Business of Trafford have fundraised through the Just Giving page ‘Trafford Crisis Fund’ in order to support their neighbours who are struggling as a result of Covid-19 or other adversities.

A proportion of this money has been ring-fenced for Personal Support grants over Winter. 

The aim of the Support Fund is that the fund payments will be a one-off payment that will then improve the residents lives.  This could be a payment that will either alleviate an immediate crisis, (i.e. shopping vouchers for shoes), or else improve someone’s situation long term, (i.e. the cost of a driving licence fee so that someone has proof of ID so they can apply for a job).

The Support Grants are open to residents of Trafford only, residents can self-refer by ringing the Trafford Community Response Line.
