The Early Help Commissioning team at Trafford Council is hosting an event to publicise the services that the Council commissions in the area of early help.

What are early help services?

Early Help means providing support at any point in a child’s or family’s life.

It focuses at level of needs 2 and 3 and is prior to social care and also as part of a step down plan from social care.

Early Help commissioned services are free for residents and include a supported internship service, sleep clinics, mentoring, life coaching, family support, domestic abuse support, supporting volunteers in the early help hubs, online counselling and therapeutic support for 5-12s.

To get a feel for the full offer please come along to the event, where a range of our commissioned providers will be hosting stalls and distributing information on their services, including answering any queries and advising on how to make referrals.
