Karate classes and boxercise (keeping fit and learning to look after yourself at the same time)
Karate is a Martial art which will boost your confidence and is a fantastic way to become fitter and gain that confidence.
We are registered with the National body in karate and highly qualified holding an 8th Dan black belt, and was the World Open karate champion in 1996, and was placed 4th in the World in 2002 in the USA.
The classes are open to male or female, with or without experience, everyone is welcome.
The classes are 1 hour in length and you will be required to register with the awarding body, which will enable you to compete locally and Nationally.

The training area is in a mordern dance studio which is warm and very well lit, all parents are welcome to stay and we encourage parents of younger students to support thier child throughout the training.
Parking is free and secured and there is easy access through the school or through a side entry point.

- The cost of each lesson is £5.00 we have a membership which includes a FREE karate suit which is £20 per year, and you will be required to get a licence through our awarding body which is a yearly fee of £25
