ACE Mentoring and Support programme for Trafford Professionals

The TUf*C (The Urban Fitness Collective) ACE mentoring and support programme is a Trafford Council backed project to support professionals who work with, and support, young people in Trafford who may have suffered an adverse childhood experience.

Mentors (or champions) to the young people they work with will be supported and developed to improve their mentoring skills and signposted to existing training and development opportunities for their mentees (or buddies). A resilence fund is in place to support the buddy with a bespoke training and support package to further their development and future life choice. Champions will also have an expenses payment for reporting back on how their buddy is developing.

The scheme will not label any participant and is open to all young people between 16-19 but please contact us if you have a prospective buddy outside this age range.
