Hello from Trafford Parents Forum

Happy New Year from all of us at Trafford Parents Forum. What an unusual start to the year it has been!

We have continued to stay in touch with our parent carers virtually through our closed group (on Facebook) and our social media. Our regular newsletter has been well received in inboxes all over Trafford. Our aim is to share as much useful information as possible with you, while supporting you through these tough times, as best we can.

In January some of our parent carers received a well-being pack on their doorsteps. It contained some nice coffee, biscuits and a magazine. An opportunity to take a break in a moment they can. It was so lovely to see so many of you from a distance at your doors, you’re all doing such a great job!

Our next fun project is, We LOVE Pancakes!

We are bringing Valentines Day and Pancake Day together, to celebrate our parent carers and their families. Families that have applied already, will receive some pancake fun and some treats for their parent carer in the post.

We would love to see Trafford’s pancake creations, flipping and recipes.

Please send your pictures, videos and recipes to engagement@traffordparentsforum.org by no later than Thursday, 18th February 2021. All entries will be in with a chance of winning a box of Krispy Kreme donuts, delivered to your door.

Please include your name, address and contact telephone number with your entry. We will be sharing your pictures and videos on our social media, so please let us know if you do not want to share.

All entrants must be a member of The Forum. You can join us here.

You can join our Closed Facebook Group here.

Please make sure you answer the questions when prompted (your post code and are you a member) to ensure you are approved. You will need to be a member of Trafford Parents Forum to join.

Just leaves us to say, have a lovely half term break.
